Neighbors, this is not a drill: Halloween lands on a Saturday this year! 🎉 No rushing home from work, no school-night bedtimes, and plenty of time to show off that costume you’ve been planning since August. Here are two of our favorite ways to celebrate right here in St. Cloud and Lake Nona.
🍬 Downtown St. Cloud Trick & Trunk-or-Treat + Maniacs & Witches Block Party
St. Cloud Main Street is taking over Historic Downtown St. Cloud for a full night of treats, costumes, music and dancing.

For the little ghouls 👶: Bring your candy bags! Kids can trick-or-treat at participating downtown businesses and decorated trunks around the event area.
For the grown-up goblins 🕺: When trick-or-treating wraps up, downtown turns into a block party with music, dancing, games, vendors and food.
🏆 Free Costume Contest: It’s open to all ages, with categories for 7 & under, 8–14, 15–20, and 21+ (Best Overall and Best Group). Winners get gift cards from local businesses. Time to coordinate that group costume! 👀
🦇 Boo Bash Weekend at Boxi Park – Lake Nona
Can’t get enough spooky season? Boxi Park is stretching Halloween into a four-day party, Thursday, Oct 29 through Sunday, Nov 1. Costumes are encouraged all weekend!

Here’s the lineup:
- Thu 10/29 (5–10 PM): DJ sets + Boxi Park Run Club at 6:30 PM 🏃♀️
- Fri 10/30 (5–11 PM): Blonde Ambition Glow Party ✨
- Sat 10/31 (12–11 PM): Live music from Mike Lynch & Adam Duss, DJ Rincon and C’Nergy Band, Beetlejuice roaming at 7 PM 👻, a photo booth, and the adult costume contest at 9 PM
- Sun 11/1 (12–9 PM): Family Fun Day! Bounce houses at noon, face painters & balloon artists at 1 PM, kids’ crafts at 2 PM, plus live music from Live Hart & Layla Brisbois Band 🎈
Good to know: Boxi Park is cashless (cards only). Leashed pups are welcome 🐶, and kids under 13 need an adult with them. Leave the toy weapons at home, so that prop sword stays in the car!

Here’s a plan for an epic Saturday: catch Halloween afternoon at Boxi Park, then head to Downtown St. Cloud for trick-or-treating at 5. Or save Boxi for Sunday’s Family Fun Day and give the kids a sugar-crash recovery day. 😅
